Taking care of our people, our community, our country and our world has been the rule for kiklos since we started. Having been founded and mostly run by women, gender equality, diversity and inclusion are just some of our very basic core values.
Starting from within, practices such as "Working Mothers", Flexible work-from-home working hours and Just Culture are also a daily part of our operation. We maintain a close-knit team where individual causes are heard and empathetically addressed.
We also foster strong CSR projects and partnerships with other peers which are aimed at creating social impact within our industry and communities within the UAE and beyond.
On that front, kiklos architects was
awarded the "Best CSR Project" of
the Living Business program in 2022,
promoted by HSBC and Globally.
