Starting from within, practices such as "Working Mothers", Flexible work-from-home working hours and Just Culture are also a daily part of our operation. We maintain a close-knit team where individual causes are heard and empathetically addressed.

We also foster strong CSR projects and partnerships with other peers which are aimed at creating social impact within our industry and communities within the UAE and beyond.
